The Fountain of Youth

If only it were a literal place that actually did the trick.

Sorry to disappoint but there are no magic pills or potions, aside from the plastic surgeon’s office, that can actually make you look younger and for how long?

There are however, a list of things that can help you feel younger and healthier, which in turn will make you happier and give off a “younger” vibe/appearance.

My List

  1. Water
  2. Exercise
  3. Moisturizers
  4. Healthy food choices
  5. A good night time face cleansing routine along with brushing/flossing teeth
  6. Plenty of sleep
  7. Not too much sleep
  8. Structured routine every day to avoid extra stress
  9. Be on time
  10. Smile
  11. Do face yoga…Google it
  12. Read
  13. Keep learning
  14. Have a list of your positive attributes and read them every morning and night
  15. Read the Bible or meditate
  16. Find something you love to do (hobby) and make a point of doing it in your spare time. Make the time
  17. Care about others but put your oxygen mask on 1st
  18. Pray and be grateful
  19. Forgive
  20. Let go
  21. Laugh
