So Junior High

Remember back in Junior High, when you were just starting to get a spark of an idea about who you were going to be as an individual.

When I go way back to that time and review what we were really like, I can’t help but remember what little punks we we’re at that stage of life.

Little Judges, Gossipers, Bullies, Victims, Worriers, Crybabies, Jocks, Band Geeks, Braniacs, Skateboarders, Rollerskaters, Potheads, Elitist, Poor, etc., and every one of us were deep-down Insecure.

Has anything really changed besides our hair color and waistline?

Just turn on the News or scroll through Facebook and it’s evident just how little progress society has made as a whole.

We are Judges, Gossipers, Bullies, Victims, Worriers, Crybabies, Jocks, Geeks, Braniacs, Potheads, Party-Poopers, know-it-all, Elitist, and/or Poor to name a few and just as back in the day, every one of us are deep-down Insecure.

Do we ever really grow up?

  1. I try to stay off news sites and deleted my Facebook account. Those sites aren’t reality but just money making machines by us clicking on bullshit links. I’ve found WordPress tribes that seem more “real” and probably represents more of what society is actually all about. It’s given me so hope…
